For customers
- 1. Post a task with photos, location, deadline, and payment preference.
- 2. Review quotes (fixed or hourly) and public Q&A from workers.
- 3. Award a worker. Platform pay authorises your card — no charge until completion.
- 4. Chat to arrange details, confirm completion, and leave a star review.
For workers
- 1. Sign up as an individual or company and set VAT status.
- 2. Browse open tasks, ask clarifying questions, and send quotes.
- 3. Get awarded, chat with the customer, and mark the job complete.
- 4. Platform earnings hit your balance; withdraw to your IBAN.
